I can not say enough about the quality of care and the pure compassion the folks at VIM provide. Since the first day I walked in I was treated with understanding of my situation and not once β€œjudged”. The staff is exceptional and the care I have received has been nothing less than amazing. I’ve never felt my visits were rushed and the staff actually listens to your concerns. As a team they work together to provide the best course of treatment they can provide. In my opinion they are all angels in their own way. Thank you all.

I have been going here for 2 years. The nurses, doctors & dentists are AMAZING. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They also have a food pantry on Mondays I believe.

This place is a God send...the medical and the dental side! I've always been treated with dignity and kindness and get quality care, which I otherwise could not have access to. Thank you to everyone who works there and all those who fund it, may God bless each of you for your part! Shout out to Michelle, my hygienist, who is fantastic!!

This place is a joke. Not a true free walk-in clinic. Below are the reasons why. 1. You have to call ahead of time just to schedule a phone interview application first for there services . After that they send you more paperwork though the mail to fill out and send back to them before they even consider or approve you as a patient. This usually takes at least 2 weeks so they do not provide immediate medical attention. 2.They ask you a a ton of questions over the phone ranging from finances including household income and personal confidential information like medical records and social security numbers. So if you're not comfortable giving that over the phone you might have a problem because they try to get all the information out of you over the phone. 3. If you get approved to be one of their patients you still just can't walk in the door you have to call ahead of time and schedule appointment. Also when you arrive there you have to provide ID, proof of household income , and etc. 4. They deliberately try tactics to get your social security number which by law you do not have to provide unless it's a government-funded program which it's not. Even my primary care physician doe
